A veteran of wellness and prevention programs, Carol holds Masters degrees in Education and Counseling. She is also one of a small number of American coaches to earn the coveted Master Coach Certification (MCC). As such, she mentors "up and coming" coaches on aligning their coaching skills with International Coach Federation credentialing criteria.

Her diverse background includes work as a teacher, a psychotherapist and a consultant & trainer for the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University. She also served as the Executive Director of a non-profit agency before founding Life Visions in 1997.
