When a coach wants to be certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or a Master Certified Coach (MCC), they need to work with a mentor coach to achieve their accreditation. An MCC herself, Carole serves as a mentor coach, focusing specifically on honing others professional coaching skills to be in alignment with the ICF core coaching competencies. She offers several services that help qualifying coaches meet the ICF's stringent criteria, including reviewing recorded sessions, providing feedback and coaching them to full competency.
While Carole enjoys working with new coaches who want to hone their coaching and/or business skills with the support of a Master Coach, she also enjoys supporting more experienced coaches who want to grow their coaching businesses to the next level.
